Ranch Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head chopped lettuce
    1 can drained Ranch Style beans
    1 to 2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 small can chopped black olives
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    1 bag Fritos, crushed
    1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    Catalina dressing
    1 avocado (optional)
    1 lb. ground beef (optional)
Preparation
    Toss all ingredients except Fritos and dressing, which should be added at serving time to each salad.
    This will keep leftovers fresher.
