Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    6 c. water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    4 c. fine noodles
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    6 c. milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
Preparation
    Saute the onion and carrots in the oil until tender. Add the water and chicken bouillon; cook 10 to 15 minutes. Cook and drain the noodles, then add the noodles and thawed broccoli to the water. Bring to a slow boil, then add the garlic salt, milk and Velveeta cheese. Heat slowly until cheese melts.
