Tuna Fish Pick-Me-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. crushed crackers
    2 cans tuna fish (6 1/2 oz.)
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/4 c. green peppers, minced
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. butter, melted
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    2 sliced, hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Crush crackers coarsely into a large bowl.
    Add tuna, onion, salt, pepper, green peppers, egg and milk.
    Blend well and form into four individual loaves.
    Place loaves in greased, shallow baking dish.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Heat soup and sliced eggs.
    Pour over loaves placed on a platter.
    Can be made into one large loaf.
