Classic Pecan Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. Karo light or dark syrup
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) pastry shell
1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine eggs, sugar, flour, syrup, butter and vanilla.
Blend well.
Pour into unbaked shell.
Arrange pecans on top.
Bake in lower part of oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until center appears set.
Cool completely.
