Curried Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft bread crumbs (about 2 slices bread)
    1 (28 oz.) jar None Such ready-to-use mincemeat
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In a medium bowl combine crumbs, 2/3 cup mincemeat, meat, egg, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
    In a large skillet, brown meatballs in oil; remove as browned.
    In same skillet, cook onion and green pepper until tender.
    Add remaining mincemeat, curry and ReaLemon.
    Mix well.
    Return meatballs to skillet.
    Cover; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with rice.
