Pecan Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. granulated sugar, beaten into egg whites
1/4 tsp. baking powder
12 soda crackers, crushed and added to egg mixture
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, added to egg and crackers
Preparation

Spread into 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool.
