Potato Kentucky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    3 cans cream of potato soup
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    diced green pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all together in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
