Easy Beef Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. top sirloin, cut in 1 inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium bell pepper, cut in squares (can use red, green or yellow)
    1 medium onion, cut in chunks
    12 large mushrooms
    salt, if desired
Preparation
    Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, water, mustard, honey, oregano and pepper in a large bowl.
    Add beef, bell pepper, onion and mushrooms, turning to coat.
    Thread onto skewers, alternating pieces.
    Season with salt.
    Grill or broil to desired doneness, turning occasionally.
    Makes 4 servings.
