Maple Bread(Yields 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. hot coffee
    1 c. rolled oats
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 c. maple syrup
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Add syrup mixture.
    Blend in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture until smooth.
    Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled.
    Knead a little.
    Divide into 2 loaves and let rise again in pans until doubled.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
