Swiss Vegetable Medley(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag broccoli, cauliflower and carrots (thawed and drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 (2.8 oz.) cans French fried onions
Preparation

Combine vegetable soup, 1/2 cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1 can Durkee onions.
Pour into 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
