Breakfast Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. ground sage
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 small onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. oil for frying
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well in bowl.
    Chill overnight.
    Form into 8 patties.
    Fry slowly until brown on each side.
