Blue Pear Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. Roquefort cheese
    4 ripe pears
    4 Tbsp. cream cheese
    1/2 c. cream
    1 oz. butter
    pinch of salt
    pinch of paprika
Preparation
    Peel and split pears, remove the core.
    Allow the Roquefort cheese and the butter to soften to room temperature.
    Add mix to creamy texture.
    Fill the pear; mix enough cream into the cream cheese with a light whisk until it will pour, adding a pinch of salt.
    Place the pears on a bed of lettuce and pour mixture over them.
    Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
    Chill 1/2 hour before serving.
    Serves 8.
