Pork And Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    4 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 oz.)
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In a 2-quart baking dish, arrange potatoes, onions and green pepper.
    Top with pork chops.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
    Combine soup and milk.
    Pour over all.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Cook in microwave for 5 minutes or until soup starts bubbling.
    After soup starts boiling, cook for another 15 minutes or until pork chops and vegetables are tender.
    Turn baking dish halfway around after 5 minutes of cooking.
    Let stand about 5 minutes.
