Chicken Breast Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 eggs
1/4 c. cooking oil
flour for coating
Preparation

Mix bread crumbs, cheese and spices; set aside.
Beat eggs and oil, set aside.
Melt butter in pan; flour chicken, dip in egg mixture, then dip in bread crumb mixture.
Fry gently on moderate heat, browning on both sides.
Cook about 15 minutes.
