Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 pinch baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sour cream
    raisins (as liked)
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (in lightly greased floured pan). Turn oven down to 300\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes more.
    When bread is taken from oven, rub top with butter.
