Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 jar salad olives, drained and sliced
    4 ribs celery, chopped
    1 c. raw broccoli
    1 c. raw cauliflower
    1 jar drained pimento
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cook mixed vegetables until tender-crisp and then drain.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix well and refrigerate.
    Better if made 1 day before using.
