Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. yellow squash or 2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. corn meal
1 stick margarine
1 bell pepper (medium), diced
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
Preparation

Cut up unpeeled squash.
Cook until tender; drain and mash. Add margarine and mix well.
Add all other ingredients.
Mix well. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
