Sausage And Rice Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean sausage
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. almonds, toasted
1 can water chestnuts
1 1/2 pkg. chicken noodle soup (dehydrated)
2 1/2 c. water
3 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Cook rice according to package directions.
Reserve.
Slice and fry sausage in skillet.
Coarsely crumble sausage.
Remove sausage from drippings.
In drippings, add onion and celery and saute.
Add mushrooms, almonds, water chestnuts, soup, water, cooked rice and sausage.
Mix and bake covered 45 minutes at 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
