Sherry'S Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 count) cans crescent rolls
    1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 envelope dry Ranch dressing mix
    3/4 c. broccoli, chopped
    3/4 c. cauliflower, chopped
    3/4 c. carrots, minced
    3/4 c. green onions, sliced
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    slices of red, yellow and green bell peppers
Preparation
    Press dough over a large cookie sheet, sealing edges.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 minutes or until golden.
    Cool.
