German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium cooked potatoes
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. bacon
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cube bacon and fry crisp.
    Add vinegar and water.
    Thicken with flour and sugar mixed.
    Add potatoes and onions.
    Heat slowly.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
