Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake yeast
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. shortening, melted
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in bowl.
    Beat eggs.
    Add salt, sugar and shortening.
    Mix well.
    Fold in flour.
    Mix and knead. Let rise until double in size.
    Shape into rolls.
    Place on greased pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown on top.
    Makes 12 to 15 rolls.
