Beet Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cooked beets, diced
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    3/4 c. red bell pepper, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated horseradish
    1 7/8 c. vinegar
    5/8 c. water
    7/8 c. sugar
Preparation
    Place beets, onion and red pepper in saucepan.
    Add salt, horseradish, vinegar and sugar.
    Cook 20 to 25 minutes.
    Put at once into sterilized hot jars and seal immediately.
