Popover Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1/4 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1/4 Tbsp. cinnamon
    vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine eggs, sugar, milk, salt, melted butter, vanilla, flour, baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Heat vegetable oil until hot, about 370\u00b0.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot oil; when brown on all sides, remove from fat and sprinkle with sugar or glaze.
    (Doughnuts will turn themselves.)
