Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium zucchini, sliced
1 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. salt
1 large onion or onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion or onion soup mix.
Layer zucchini and then hamburger; add soup and repeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serves 4.
