Clam Roll-Up Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
melted margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
10 oz. can minced clams
12 slices square bread (crust removed)
Preparation

Melt margarine and saute the onions.
Blend in flour.
Add undrained clams and Worcestershire sauce; cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
It will thicken.
Remove from heat and cool.
