Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bacon, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 lb. boiled potatoes, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Combine bacon and onion; cook until bacon is crisp and onion is tender.
    Stir in flour, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper. Add water, vinegar and mustard.
    Cook and stir until bubbly, 5 to 7 minutes.
    Slice potatoes and layer in a crock-pot, alternating potatoes and sauce.
