Smoked Sausage And Vegetable Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut up
    2 onions, sliced
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 pkg. Hillshire smoked sausage, sliced
    olive oil
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oil for just a few minutes.
    Fry potatoes, carrots and onions in oil and garlic until vegetables are tender. Add sausage and broccoli.
    Steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Drain and serve.
