Terry'S Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. haddock fillets
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    bay leaf
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery until tender.
    Add tomatoes; sprinkle parsley flakes over top.
    Add fish on top.
    Simmer for 10 minutes, turn over, and simmer another 10 to 20 minutes until flaky.
