Garlic Lime Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 broiler-fryer chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 c. fresh lime juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
    Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard.
    Place chicken in a bowl and pour sauce over all.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
    Sprinkle chicken with pepper; grill until chicken is cooked through and tender, about 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
    Makes 4 servings each with 130 calories (1.5 g fat and 76 mg cholesterol).
