Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, pared and sliced
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Alternate layers of potatoes, green pepper and onion in greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
    Cover and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
