Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 1/2 handfuls long grain rice
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    24 oz. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown rice in oil.
    Add tomato sauce, water and spices; bring to a boil.
    Let boil for 20 minutes, then cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
