Two Pounds Of Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. peanuts
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in a saucepan and cook to soft ball stage.
    Add peanuts and cook to hard crack stage. Remove from heat and add soda, salt and vinegar.
    Stir well and pour into a buttered cookie pan.
    Cool and break into pieces.
