Cheesy Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. hot bulk sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
3 Tbsp. chili powder
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (12 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation

Crumble ground beef and sausage in a large skillet. Add onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain well. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spoon into a lightly greased 3-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 12 servings.
