Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. hot water
    2 bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    garlic powder or celery salt
    1 large egg, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
