Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Beat eggs with rotary beater until light and thick.
    Add flour, salt and 1/2 the milk.
    Continue to beat slowly until all flour is moistened (30 seconds).
    Gradually add remaining milk and melted butter.
    Beat until free from lumps (1 to 2 minutes).
    Fill greased pans a little less than 1/2 full. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serve at once.
