Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen spinach
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. dry soup mix (vegetable)
    8 oz. water chestnuts
    3 chopped scallions
Preparation
    Thaw and squeeze spinach.
    Add remaining ingredients in order; blend well.
    Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
    Serve with fresh cut vegetables.
