Ingredients

2 qt. brewed coffee
3 cans (12 oz.) evaporated skimmed milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 c. fat-free vanilla ice cream, softened
1 c. vodka
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 tsp. maple flavoring
Preparation

In Dutch oven, combine coffee, milk and sugar; stir.
Cook over medium heat until boiling; remove from heat.
Stir in ice cream, vodka, vanilla and maple flavoring.
Serve hot.
Yield: 20 (6 ounce) servings.
