Lauren'S Favorite Tuna Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans water packed tuna (white)
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and diced
    3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    red or green onion, finely chopped (however much you like)
    2 celery stalks, diced
    Weight Watchers mayo or what you prefer
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Add whatever more mayo you want.
    Chill. Serve on wheat bread topped with sliced tomato and cucumbers.
