Salmon Cakes Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pink salmon
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 tsp. regular mustard
    1 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 small onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
Preparation
    Drain juice from salmon into a bowl.
    Set salmon aside.
    Add bread crumbs to juice; let stand until thick.
    Stir next 6 ingredients and mix well.
    Add salmon and stir.
    Makes 6 or 7 cakes.
    Fry as you would crab cakes.
