Creamy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 qt. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cook rice in boiling water for 8 minutes.
    Stir, add margarine and milk; cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Beat eggs, sugar and extract.
    Remove rice from heat and slowly add egg mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
