Fruit Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) vanilla wafers, crushed
    1 c. chopped candied pineapple
    1 c. chopped candied cherries
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    sifted powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well.
    Divide into 3 equal portions.
    Roll each into an 11-inch log.
    Roll in powdered sugar and wrap in plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Cut in 1/2-inch slices.
    Can be frozen.
    Makes 5 dozen.
