Chicken Croquettes - cooking recipe

2 lb. chicken
3 eggs
6 c. flour
1 c. fine bread crumbs
Preparation

Chicken Filling:
Cook chicken with salt, savory, garlic, onion and 4 cups water.
Take off broth, remove chicken bones and break meat into 1-inch pieces.
Cook a few minutes more.
Strain broth and reserve 3 cups.
