Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
2 sticks margarine
3 c. sugar
5 large eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream
shortening,
margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Fold in flour, 1 cup at a time.
Add baking powder with last cup.
Blend well. Add pineapple
and
milk.
Beat 3 minutes.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
