Fluffy White Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. white shortening (Crisco)
2 egg whites
3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Blend all ingredients on low speed.
Turn mixer to high speed and beat until fluffy and of proper consistency.
