Reuben Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corned beef hash
1 (8 oz.) can kraut, drained
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 c. milk
Preparation

In glass pie plate, layer kraut and cheese.
In separate bowl beat biscuit mix, milk, mayo, eggs and chili sauce.
Slowly pour over meat and cheese and allow to soak in.
Makes own crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until puffed and brown on top.
