Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe avocado, peeled and mashed
    1 green onion, finely chopped
    1/2 large green pepper, minced
    1 tomato, peeled and chopped
    1 sprig parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. safflower oil
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pinch of salt
    chili powder to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in an electric blender or with the potato masher.
    Delicious with pita bread, as a dip, or as a sandwich on whole wheat bread.
