Chicken Scarparella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bunch arugula
    1/4 c. oil
    1 red pepper, julienned
    2 medium cloves garlic, crushed
    2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut in serving pieces
    1 lb. sausage, cut in pieces
    3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. linguine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Rinse arugula well; pat dry.
    Reserve half for garnish. Discard tough stems from remainder; slice thin.
    Set aside.
