Aunt Ethel'S Potato Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potato, peeled
    onion
    celery seed
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pickle juice
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. mustard
    Hellmann's mayo
Preparation
    To potato, add onion, celery seed, eggs, sugar and flour.
    Mix together.
    Use pickle juice, if you have it.
    Add vinegar and water.
    Cook.
    Add oleo and mustard last.
    Add 1/2 of this mixture with 1/2 of Hellmann's mayo.
