Lithuanian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey, browned and drained
    garlic
    onion
    celery
    1/2 to 3/4 head shredded cabbage
    a little water (1/2 to 3/4 c.)
    3 to 4 potatoes, cubed
    salt and pepper to season
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground beef or turkey and drain.
    Add garlic, onion, celery, cabbage, water and potatoes; season with salt and pepper. Cook until tender.
    Add about 1 cup of sour cream.
    Serve with salad, rye bread and butter.
