Sultana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1 pkg. golden raisins
    2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine; add eggs and lemon extract.
    Mix. Add flour and baking powder.
    Mix together.
    Add nuts and raisins last; mix well.
    Put in a greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
